According to IP Watch, by the end of last month, the Mexican Senate approved a resolution (in Spanish) rejecting the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (in Spanish) due to the "absence of inclusion in the negotiations, potential negative impact on internet users’ access to knowledge, freedom of expression and other concerns".
