Trademark Law Treaty gets a new member

The Dominican Republic doesn't often get a plug on this weblog, but it's worth recording that, by TLT Notification No. 55, WIPO has announced the ratification by the Dominican Republic of the Trademark Law Treaty (TLT), which will enter into force there on December 13, 2011.
